Luxury Retreat with Sea View: Your Paradise in Pantelleria!

Nestled in the picturesque district of Nikà, on the southwestern side of Pantelleria, this residence, known as a "dammuso," is perched on a hill that commands the surrounding landscape and offers breathtaking views of the sea. Surrounded by the Mediterranean maquis, this property is designed to provide the utmost comfort for a Pantelleria vacation characterized by discreet luxury, in perfect harmony with nature and ensuring complete privacy.

The dammuso comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in three double bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom, along with a second bathroom for the guests. Attention to detail is evident throughout the interior, showcasing a "Mediterranean-chic" style where each material, from stone to resins, to the pristine white walls, harmoniously blends with the furnishings and the surrounding environment.

Access to the house is through a spacious thatched veranda, comprising a lounge area and a dining area with a table for 8 people. To the right, you'll find the kitchen, which includes a pleasant seating area with a sea view, as well as the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the dammuso, to the left of the thatched veranda, you'll discover the other two double bedrooms, each equipped with a wardrobe, and a bathroom with an original and refined tub-shower solution.

The outdoor spaces have been designed for enjoyment at any time of the day. There's a terrace with a relaxation area and panoramic sea views, an infinity pool with a sunbathing area, as well as a barbecue area complete with a wood-fired oven and a table for 6/8 people
