This recent unfinished dammuso house is set in the landscape of the typical village of Sibà, on foot of Montagna Grande (the so-called Big Mountain), yet it enjoys a wonderful view on the surrounding countryside and the sea.
This house has two big bedrooms and an over 30-squared-meter living room, all following the typical traditional building features of the island (including high vaults, big rooms, thick walls, etc…).
A squared typical stone garden (“giardino pantesco”) is next to the main building.
After having walked through a small path surrounded by fields you will reach two ancient buildings - one in need to be built again - which could become totally autonomous dependances.
