DAMMUSO MONTAGNOLE: A HIDEAWAY DIPPED INTO THE NATIONAL PARK
Located in the suggestive scenario of Dietro Isola, località Montagnole has this ancient dammuso to be refurbished; dipped into an unpolluted nature and with an amazing sea view, it can be converted into a beautiful home for those who are looking for silence ad total detachment from the chaotic daily life.
The Dammuso Montagnole is surrounded by a luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation and is the perfect place for those who are willing to discover the true flavour of the direct contact with the sea and the land.
The dammuso has a room with two alcoves, a stable and a warehouse on the back, totalling 77sqm.
The wide room with the two alcoves, with the façade plastered in the fifties, overlooks the sea and it can be converted into a wide living room with open air kitchen.
Just behind the main dammuso, there are two more rooms: a stable with an arch door and a wide warehouse that can be converted into a bedroom.
A small gazebo gives shade and can also be the frame of a beautiful external area, with a spectacular sea view.
Near the main dammuso there’s a quite big ancient water tank, used to collect rainwater. Furthermore, the property is surrounded by 5000sqm of land.
The structure is in perfect structural conditions and needs a conservative restoration. However, no extensions can be carried out on top of what it’s already there as the property is located in a national reserve. Nevertheless, the number of rooms can allow to create a stunning dammuso that can bring great emotions.
