DAMMUSO KUDDIA: AN HIDEAWAY WITH AN ANTIQUE FLAVOUR OVERLOOKING THE HORIZON
The dammuso Kuddia is a small structure dating back to the end of 1800 with a perfectly intact structure.
Its located on the south west side of the island, near the location called Salto la Vecchia. Driving the perimetric road towards south and then taking a country road will lead to the property with the dammuso.
Privacy and nature are obviously what convert this dammuso into a true small jewel of local architecture.
The dammuso is composed by two rooms: The first one, the bigger one, has two small alcoves and a surface area of 17sqm while the second one has a surface area of 13sqm, barrel-vaulted.
On the back of the two rooms, there’s an ancient water tank that still works perfectly.
The property is located inside the national reserve and just the actual building can be restored; only a small extension can be made in order to have another bedroom.
