The unique feeling of watching the view as you were on the deck of a ship, surrounded by nature and by marvelous very old Pantelleria olive trees: Casa del Mare (Sea House), is a dammuso located in a unique and privileged position, in the middle of a tiny promontory on the sea of Pantelleria, which is the ultimate protagonist of the breath-taking view you can enjoy from the terraces. A projection upon the water even more marked by the stunning infinity pool surrounded by a vast sunbed-equipped solarium equipped with a Balinese tester bed.
Most of the dammuso furnishing is marked by an ethnic simple and sophisticated style, blending expertly with the elements that characterize the architecture of the island, from the stone-faced walls, to the smooth concrete of the interior walls, up to the arched structures which create the typical alcoves.
Casa del Mare can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, with the possibility of housing a fifth person within an alcove with adjacent bathroom. The distribution of the rooms allows complete autonomy and privacy. Each room has a large terrace in front of it, where to admire landscape in total relaxation. The large, very airy and carefully furnished living room is of great impact. There is also a beautiful fireplace and a large window overlooking the sea. To complete the structure there is a small indoor kitchen. While outside, covered by typical cane roof, there is a large and fully equipped summer kitchen with a table that seats up to 18 people.
The dammuso is immersed in a real oasis of tranquility and majestic beauty, in one of the most uncontaminated areas of Pantelleria, the south one, not far from Martignana and the Faraglioni. It is a unique opportunity to experience the most authentic dimension of the magical Pantelleria atmosphere, with the opportunity to easily reach the village of Tracino.
NB If you need hospitality for more than 4 people, Casa del Mare is near Casa del Tè, with the posibility to rent the two dammusi togheter. If so, we ask you to arrange the reservation over the phone.
