The Eastern side of Pantelleria offers beautiful spots, starting from Cala Cottone and reaching the hot springs of Cala Gadir, the distinctive Elephant Arch, Cala Levante and Cala Tramontana. The master dammuso was built in 1836 and is characterised by luminous spaces with barrel vaulted ceilings, furnished with a sober and elegant taste. The beating heart of the property is the living area, with two comfortable sofas, with two alcoves, one used as a studio and the other one as tv room. To complete the dammuso, there’s a wide kitchen with dining room and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. On the right and on the left there are two small guest houses, one with single beds and a bathroom while the second one has a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Outside the dammuso there’s a wide terrace, covered with a magnificent pergola equipped with ducchene (stone seating) and beautiful dining table that allows to have lunch and dinner outside or just to relax on the couches of the shadowed living area; not far there’s a big swimming pool 12,5x6 mts, surrounded by the vegetation of the amazing garden and a solarium area with chaise longues. This side oif the garden comprises a shadowed area, an external kitchen and a dining area near the pool.

Inside the property, there’s a second dammuso, also characterised by a sober and elegant furniture, accurate in every detail and composed by a well-equipped living room, a mezzanine with a double bed and bathroom. This building is the perfect solution in order to guarantee privacy for potential guests.

The property has several service areas like the parking and the laundry area; moreover, it has a pedestrian access and a driveway. It’s very easy from the dammuso to reach Khamma and Tracino and find all the services like restaurants, shops and markets nad it’s also very close to several charming locations of Pantelleria.
